All photos must be taken within Fingal and location stated with entry.

The theme this year is Taste of Fingal

We want you to take inspiration from the above and take a photograph that you think works for the theme. It can be any photograph that you feel represents any part of the wonderful food that is produced by local Farmers, Chefs and Companies based in the Fingal area.

• All entries must be submitted in electronic and print format size 12”x 8” not mounted or framed. The entry can be in colour or black and white.
• Entrant’s name and telephone number must be clearly printed on the back of the photograph. You may enter as many times as you like.
• The entries should be posted in a hard back envelope to Gillian Buckley, The Studio, Lispopple, Swords, Co. Dublin no later than Friday 24th of June.
• Entries will be exhibited at the show. All photos will be available for collection after 4.00p.m. on Sunday 3rd July 2022.
• The competition will be judged by professional judges and their decision is final and binding.

Rules, Terms & Conditions

1. The competition is open to amateur photographers.
2. Entry is restricted to people aged 18 and over.
3. Closing date is 21st of June.
4. The judge’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. The promoter is excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury which might occur to the winners arising from his or her acceptance of the prize.
6. By entering the competition and submitting your photograph, you hereby grant Fingal County Council and Flavours of Fingal a license to use your photograph.
7. All imagery MUST be the total and exclusive work of the submitting photographer and may not include any element that is the copyright of another.
8. No digitally altered images will be accepted (no cloning, adding or removing elements). Basic enhancements are allowed e.g. brightness, contrast, sharpening, cropping. High Dynamic Range (HDR) and stitched panoramas are NOT acceptable
9. The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
10. When a photograph is submitted and entry finalised, the entry cannot be changed or edited.
11. Entries will be exhibited at the show in hard copy and electronic formats.
12. All pictures must be submitted as JPEG files (.jpg) and hard copy. Print format size 12”x 8” Not Mounted or Framed
