Saturday Ring 1 SJI 

Expect a course that maximises the generous parkland rings, with the backdrop of the beautiful Newbridge House. Course designers Tom Holden & David Holden & Aaron McCusker.

Saturday Ring 2 & 3 Ridden Classes

Come and cheer on Top Riders from around the country showcasing the very best of Irish Horses. These classes represent a showcase of dedication, where decades of careful breeding meet the highest standards of the sport. Success here requires precision turnout, and presenting horse and rider in flawless traditional elegance. Come along to watch the best of Irish talented riders demonstrating the perfect balance of manners, conformation, movement and star quality. We wish all the very best of luck !

 

Including 2 RDS qualifiers, Ridden classes run on Saturday across two ‘front of house’ grass rings, with the beautiful Newbridge House as the backdrop. A Hunter Championship and a Ridden Championship will bring together the top placed combinations for the final competitions of the day.

Sunday Ring 1 SJI 

Competition starts at 9am, with the 1.10m Karlswood Stables Leinster Summer Tour class, folllowed by the Amateur Stakes A and AA running through the early part of the day. 

We are delighted to have Kettles Country House Hotel join us this year as a sponsor for this important Amateur class. Attracting the best of Irish Riders and Horses, the prestigious 1.40m Renault National Grand Prix class will start after lunch, with the second round against the clock always raising the excitement level for Flavours spectators cheering on from the sidelines.

Sunday Ring 2

 

There is nothing better than watching the next generation of equestrians give it their absolute all! Today kicks off with our littlest jockeys taking centre stage on their cherished ponies to tackle a variety of fun challenges. Come to cheer on these determined young stars guide their trusty steeds through their paces, demonstrating incredible concentrations and above all - the biggest smiles on the show grounds. 

 

Sunday lunchtime equestrian rings 

Always popular with our 4 legged friends, the Flavours Fun Dog Show will get started around 1pm. With a variety of fun classes open to all shapes, sizes, and breeds, it’s all about fun. No fancy pedigree required - just lots of personality and doggy smiles. We are delighted to have our local Irish Rosettes Lusk pet suppliers back as our sponsor again this year. Packed with top quality including own brand feed, supplements and essentials for your animals, this is a great local place to stop into for friendly expert advice and all the provisions you need.
